Faculty Management
The Faculty Management of the Faculty of Law consists of the Dean, the Managing Director, the Dean of Studies and the Dean of Research.
Dean: Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Wohlers
The dean leads the faculty and represents it externally. He presides over the Faculty Assembly, the Executive Board and the Faculty Committee.

Managing Director: Sven Fettback
The managing director is in charge of the administration of the Faculty of Law and is responsible for the dean's office (secretariat, personnel, finances, controlling), the dean's office for studies, the dean's office for research, the administration of continuing education, the library, the web office and housekeeping. His tasks include the advisory support of the Dean in all administrative matters, the financial and personnel responsibility as well as the coordination of the cooperation between the Faculty and the administrative units of the University of Basel.
